Instructions
Lift Options are defined using five spinners:
1. Muscle Group
Select a muscle group from this spinner.
2. Lift Name
Select a Lift Name, defined by the Lift Name Editor, from this spinner.
3. Lift Definition
Each lift definition contains a lift name with up to 4 lift options separated by /.
A lift definition with three slashes, ///, means no lift definitions exist. The lift will appear as Ab Crunch, for example.
Select an entry to modify or delete, or use the Add button to add a new lift definition after selection the desired options.
4. Lift Options
The next four spinners contain equipment, attachment, position, and grip options.
Examples

1. Select the Chest option from the body part spinner.
2. Select Bench Press from the lift name spinner
3. Select Dumbell from the Equipment spinner and Standing from the Position spinner.
4. Press the Add button.
Modify an existing lift definition
1. Select the desired body part, lift name, and lift definition.
2. Select the desired equipment, attachment, position, and grip options.
3. The lift definition is now modified.

NOTE: You can add/modify/delete lifts, but you may not delete a lift if records exist for it in any workout date routine.
To assign lifts to a workout routine, press a workout day from the calendar, and the Workout Entry Activity will appear. Select the Edit Lifts menu option from
the Workout Date Entry activity. The lifts and lift order can be modified for every workout date.
