The Routine Editor allows
creation, modifying, and deleting workout routines and optional
schedules.
Routine Creation
Type a routine name in the text box. Press Add.

Deletion
Select a routine from the spinner, then press Delete.
NOTE: Routines are permanently deleted.
Routine Modification
Edit the routine name in the
text box.
Optional Schedules
Workout schedules dates can be created that
include
frequency (by day of week , or every 1-10 days/weeks) and start and
stop dates. Schedules can be changed or new schedules can be
created at any time. The only constraint is that schedule durations may
not overlap.
Days of week are displayed SMTWTFS. Monday and
Thursday workout days would be displayed as -M--T--
Every 1/10 day/weeks are displayed as 4 Days or 2 Weeks
To add a schedule, simple press the Add
Schedule button and a blank schedule will appear.
Press the new schedules Begin
or End
button to set the duration with the Date selection activity, then press
the schedule label button to set set the frequency with the schedule
editor.
