The Workout Entry Editor records a workout date's lifts and sets. Select a lift from the spinner, then click on any set reps or weight cell. You can use the keypad to enter the value. Use the 1-9 keys to enter the reps. You can also use
the fractional keys (.00 .25 .50 .75) when setting the weight values, such as 250.50
Press the > button to move to the next cell.
Press the < button to move to the previous cell.
To Add a Set
Press the +Set button.
To Compute the One Rep Max
Press the 1RM menu option to bring up the One Rep Max Calculator.
Change Lifts or Lift Order
Press the lift selector button (Lift 2/5) or select Lift Editor or Lift Order from the menu.
You can change the lifts and lift order for any workout date since your workout often changes over time.
Listing
Press the Listing button to get a listing of the sets for this workout date.
Timer
Press the timer button to start or stop the timer. You can pause the timer by pressing the On button to off any time.
