The Lift Name Editor allows creating, modifying, and deleting lift names, such as  bench  press or bicep curl . These lift names can have options added with the Lift Option Editor such as equipment, position, or attachments to create a database of lifts that can be assigned to any workout routine.
The lift names are divided into the following muscle groups:
   Abdominals
   Back - Lower
   Back - Middle
   Biceps
   Calves
   Chest
   Deltoids
   Forearms
   Lats
   Glutes
   Hamstrings
   Traps
   Triceps
   Quads

Lift Name Modification
1. Select a muscle group from the spinner.
2. Click on the desired lift to modify.
3. Edit the name in the text box.

Lift Name Deletion
1. Select a muscle group from the spinner.
2. Click on the desired lift to delete.
3. Press the Delete button.
  NOTE: If a lift name is used in any routine workout date, you may not delete it because you will lose the Set record.

To add lift options, select the Lift Options button in the main activity.

When performing a workout routine, select the "Edit Lifts" menu option from the Workout Date Entry activity to set the lifts for this routine.
