Select a workout routine from the spinner at the top of the activity. (If no workout routines exist, press the Routine Editor button to create one). 

The calendar displays optional color coded schedules and workout days:


Calendar Day Color Codes

Scheduled Workout Day


Scheduled  Workout Completed


Unscheduled Workout Completed


1 or more workouts scheduled



   The Duration of the workout routine schedule is shown if defined. Click the Duration button or the Routine Editor button to invoke the routine editor. 

   Press the Lift Names button to edit lift names, or the Lift Option button to edit lift name options. 

   Press the menu button to install demos, use one rep max calculator, or body stats recorder.

   Click any calendar day to begin a workout for that date. If lifts are not defined for that date, the Lift Selection Editor will appear first, where you may select and order the lifts. 

  Select All Routines from the spinner, and all scheduled workout dates for that month will be displayed in yellow for all routines. Click on a day to get a list of any workouts scheduled for that day.
