The One Rep Max Calculator
predicts the maximum weight given a rep count and a weight.
This is useful for dead lifts, squats, and bench presses.
This calculator can be accessed from the Workout Entry Activity by either selecting the One Rep Max
menu option, or by selecting One Rep Max from the first activity menu.
When the One Rep Max Calculator appears, select a rep count of 1 to 10 from the spinner, then use the keyboard to enter a weight.
The one rep max will be computed for seven different formulas, each of which are scaled from 10% to 100%.
